Vehicle Administration   

Hire Network will remember the details of vehicles added to Rental Agreements. These are found under the Vehicle Administration section. As well as viewing and editing existing vehicles, there is the option to create new vehicle records. Any stored vehicle data will be populated within a new rental agreement when an applicable registration number is entered.

If you wish to alter or correct vehicle data, choosing the Update Rental Agreements option at the bottom of the screen will refresh all rental agreements that have ever used this vehicle data, for all Scheme Operators.
