Supplier Information

Within this section, details regarding your company are entered and maintained. Your company’s name and address, main contact and any email addresses that you wish to be used for notifications regarding 1link Hire Network should all be completed.

Notification options include receipt of a Booking Request, Booking Cancellation or Hire Change Request. They are also available for Service Level Failures and Declined Charges.

Site and Invoice logos can be uploaded. Please note that only JPEG, PNG and GIF files can be uploaded and must be no larger than 4mb.

Retrospective Hire ability can be set within this section and has three levels available: Not Supported, Manually Supported (non-interfaced bookings) and Full Support (interfaced bookings).

Future UK Bank Holidays for the current year are displayed. Bookings with a start or end date on these days that are not for Airport locations will be treated as “Out of Hours” bookings and may attract relevant charges.
