Fines Module

The fines module is an optional module in hire network that allows hire suppliers to manage, submit and invoice any fines raised against a hire vehicle on the 1link platform. It can be enabled by speaking to your account manager.

User Permissions

There are two user permissions in relation to fines: Fine Admin and Fine Status.

Fine Admin gives the user permission to see and action fine claims. Fine Status gives the user access to the fine status report.

View and Submit Fine Claims

On any current or terminated hire a user can create a fine claim from the hire reservation page. To do so, click the Fines icon in the rental agreements section. This will take you to the Fine Administration screen where you can view any previously raised fines against the hire or create a new one.
