Booking Change Requests

A booking change (or booking amendment) is where a Scheme Operator is requesting a change to a previously accepted hire booking.  Upon opening the message, you will be presented with full details of the booking, with any changes highlighted with a red exclamation symbol.  Hovering over the red exclamation symbol will give you details of what was previously entered in a particular field. To see a full summary of all changes simply click any red exclamation symbol.

As with a new booking request, there are options to print, Decline or Accept the booking amendment.  These options offer the same functionality as with a new booking request before transmitting your response to the Scheme Operator.
