Image Upload

Within any hire record there is an option to add an image, using the Add Image button at the bottom of the page.  This enables the user to upload an image or PDF file that will be available for the Scheme Operator to view and print. These would typically be images or documents relating to fines or damage, where the Scheme Operator requires backup information to pass on to customers. This option would be used when the Damage Module or Fines Module is not enabled. Attachments must be PDF, GIF or JPG format.

To upload an image, the user must select the file to upload using the browse option, give the image or document a title and description, and select which rental agreement the image applies to.  Once uploaded, there will be an option to view previously uploaded images and delete any uploaded in error.
