Account Menu

The Account menu can only be accessed by users with Account Manager permission. Within this section, details regarding your company account information are entered and maintained. Any platform charges or proposed charges for the use of 1link Hire Network can also be accessed here. The Account Menu contains the following sub-menus:

 

• Modify General Account Information

Here, you can update certain fields that do not need approval by epyx.

 

• Platform Charges

This area allows you to view and print invoices produced by epyx for charges relating to 1link Hire Network. You will receive all your invoices from epyx online in this way; no separate paper invoice will be sent to you.

 

• Request a Change to Key Account Information

This area allows you to request changes for information that will require approval by epyx.

 

• Review Existing Key Account Information Change Requests

Once you have submitted a Change Request for Key Information, you will be able to see your request in this section, as well as any response provided by epyx when the change request has been reviewed.

 

• Summary of Expected Platform Charges

This area contains details of any 1link Hire Network transaction fees that are yet to be billed by epyx.

 

• View Account Information

This shows the details of your company currently held on 1link Hire Network.
