Rejected Fines

If a Scheme Operator chooses to reject your submitted fine, you will receive a Fine Rejected mailbox message with a read only view of the fine claim. You have the option to Resubmit or Accept & Cancel Fine.

Selecting Resubmit will allow you to make amendments to the fine before entering a Resubmission reason and sending the fine back to the scheme operator.

When selecting Accept & Cancel Fine, the system will ask you to confirm your choice. If you do, that Fine will be permanently cancelled and a new one will need to be raised, if necessary.
