Service Level Failures

When a Scheme Operator records a Service Level Failure against one of your hires, you will be notified with an incoming message.  Upon opening the message, you will see the details of the Service Level Failure which will include the Failure Reason, any applicable financial penalty and any additional notes.

You have options to Reject or Accept these messages. If you choose to reject you will be asked to enter a reason for the rejection which will be sent to the Scheme Operator. If you choose to accept you should make sure any financial penalty is credited on your invoice for this hire using

the Service Level Penalty charge type.

A parallel email alert can be set up to trigger when messages of this type are received – see the section on Supplier Information.
