Task Management

Task Management is an alternate way to handle your activity in 1link Hire Network Mailbox. Tasks are presented in a dashboard style screen giving you an overview of the entire system. You no longer need to access the mailbox and apply filters to identify the tasks that you need to deal with.

All work is presented in priority order (oldest first) and the most urgent items are automatically brought to your attention. The tasks that appear in your Task Management screen are also controlled by your existing user permissions, meaning you only see and deal with tasks that are relevant to you.

With the appropriate access, you can see all your company rental activity and focus on each individual booking and any action required. Access to the Tasks option on your homepage is controlled by your user permissions. If you do not have access to Tasks, please speak to your System Administrator who will be able to grant you access.
