Reports and Exports

*Please note – not all users will have access to reports on 1link.

There are a number of reports available to review your activity on 1link Service Network.  

From the data exports/reports option on your home screen, you can monitor: 

• booking activity, from booking requests and offers made & future bookings  

• jobsheet activity from invoiced transactions, not yet invoiced schedule & suspended transactions 

• responses to update requests in DTMs chased and DTM no action  

Invoiced transactions report 

The invoiced transactions report will show the total number and value of invoices delivered to the Scheme Operators. If you click on a Scheme Operator name, it will show all of the individual invoices, which can also be downloaded.  

Not yet invoiced schedule 

The not yet invoiced schedule enables you to keep track of your open work to ensure that you haven’t forgotten to invoice any jobsheets and request payment. It is good practice to run this report regularly to check the status of all active jobsheets.
