Downtime Management
Running time: 1 minute 25 seconds
Some Scheme Operators will request updates on vehicles using a 1link Service Network module called Downtime Management.
DTM updates in mailbox
Messages may appear in your mailbox labelled as DTM – Update Request. When this message arrives, 1link will send notifications to the DTM chase email address in your service centre information.
If this is incorrect or needs updating, please contact the Network Support team on [email protected].
Responding to a DTM request
Click on the message in your mailbox to provide the update. You are asked to confirm if the vehicle is on site, update the estimated completion time and confirm whether the vehicle has been collected.
The Scheme Operator will usually enter a note, which shows in red, that explains the particular update they are requesting. Simply enter your response into the text box below and send the response.
In some cases, you may be asked to enter additional information such as part codes.
These messages are designed to reduce the volume of phone calls between Scheme Operators and yourselves, to keep the Scheme Operator updated on the progress of work and to help get vehicles back on the road ASAP.
