Adding a Vauxhall Service to a jobsheet

Vauxhall Fleet National Pricing uses manufacturer-supplied data to give accurate, consistent costs.

Using your site’s Vauxhall dealer code and regional data, the system automatically populates:

• Labour time
• Parts
• Fluids

with the correct items selected. Most jobs pass automatic authorisation, helping work progress faster.

 

Adding a service

Select Add line item and you will be presented with the different categories available.
Select Service.

 

Searching for a service

You will see a section titled Manufacturer Job Description.
This information comes directly from Vauxhall data linked to the vehicle via the registration and VIN number.
Once you’ve located the required service, select it and you will be taken to the Work details page.

 

Work details

The Manufacturer Description field shows the Vauxhall service name.
The Service Description field shows the 1link service name.

Every line you add to a jobsheet requires a line item reason, which is a reason for the work.
A Vauxhall service will default to Routine.

Below the line item reason and VAT rate, you will see the labour costs.

 

Labour Cost

Vauxhall services are set as fixed price jobs, meaning labour and parts are already combined into a single total cost in line with Vauxhall Fleet National Pricing. This cost cannot be edited.
Once you have confirmed the information, select Save details.

 

Line summary

You are taken to the line summary.
From here you can select Edit work details if you need to review or ajust the information entered.
You will also see the pre-populated parts and consumables attached to this service.

 

Parts

Parts and consumables for Vauxhall services are pre-populated with the quantity, part code, and description.
The unit cost is greyed out and locked, as the cost is already included in the fixed price total.
Parts can be amended if required; however, making changes may cause the jobsheet to be referred to the Scheme Operator for authorisation.
Select Save items to return to the line summary.

 

Fluids

Fluids for Vauxhall Services are also pre populated with description and quantity. The unit cost is Greyed out and locked down as the unity cost has already been included in the fixed price total.

Select Save items to return to the line summary.

 

Viewing the Jobsheet

By selecting Return to Jobsheet, you can now see the full line item on your jobsheet with a total cost.

 

Please note: Vauxhall services should not be altered – changes may cause the jobsheet to be referred to the Scheme Operator for authorisation rather than passing the automatic rules engine.
